Mental Health Therapist

Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges. Therapists at Bradley receive training in evidence-based interventions, carry a small caseload, develop treatment plans with the clients and families, and participate in both team and individual supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for a new therapist to gain valuable experience and launch a career. We also offer the opportunity to receive the supervision necessary for licensure.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individual and family therapy Provide treatment education and guidance including the development of individualized treatment plansAdhere to treatment plan objectivesAttend monthly treatment planning meetingsCommunicate with family and external partners Documentation/behavioral data trackingQualifications best suited for the position:
