This full-time role offers a salary range of $44,186-$54,892, dependent on experience and licensing, along with comprehensive benefits and a $7,500 commitment bonus. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in a Human Service field, with preferred licensure eligibility (LSW, LCSW, LPC, etc.), and experience with modalities like CBT, Play Therapy, or ABA. Responsibilities include managing client caseloads for individual, family, and group therapy, developing and implementing treatment plans, assessing needs, and collaborating with team members and external providers to promote client recovery and reintegration.
