Job Description

Behavioral Consultant:
Behavior Consultants develop and oversee individualized behavior and treatment plans while working collaboratively with families, schools, and treatment teams. Telehealth may currently be utilized when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide weekly consultation and clinical intervention to the treatment team, family, and school Develop treatment plan goals and monitor client progress across settings Design and implement treatment, behavior support and crisis intervention plans Complete clinical documentation (diagnostic tools, progress summaries, progress notes) Provide education to ensure continuity of care across environments
Mobile Therapist:
Mobile Therapists provide direct, one-on-one therapy across settings to help children develop practical skills for everyday life. Telehealth may currently be utilized when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family therapy services Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to improve behavioral functioning Build rapport and support skill development through positive reinforcement and self-monitoring Complete required clinical documentation Why Creative Health Services, IBHS? Job Qualifications/Requirements:
A Master's Degree (or higher) in a mental health field License Preferred Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Clearances Needed (through the Department of Human Services): Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, PA Criminal Background Check, Act 31 (Mandated Reporter) Certification, NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, and COVID Vaccination.
