Job Summary Responsible for utilizing evidence-based therapeutic models within the context of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of quality behavioral health services to patients and families. Provides behavioral health support, education, and supervisory services to colleagues, Reading Health System departments, and to other providers and agencies as needed. #READ Qualifications Education Requirements Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role. Master's Degree Experience Relevant Experience Certification and Licensure PA State License in Applicable Discipline PA Drivers License BLS Certification Required Skills Computer Skills to include use and navigation Excellent Communications Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Overview Tower Health, a regional healthcare system, serves communities across multiple counties in Pennsylvania.
