Position Overview/Job Description/Responsibilities Maintain a caseload, provide direct and indirect supervision in clients home Assess for treatment fidelity Assist Behavior technician in structuring session Evaluate progress and make necessary treatment changes Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem solving skills Increases the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to reinforcers (desired items/actions, attention, or removal of demands/aversive situations) Train behavior technician on data collection including: A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, and interval based recording Implements the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and Provides appropriate consultation Collaborates with family and treatment team to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment Write clinic notes each session Attend clinic meetings/trainings as directed by the Clinical Team Conduct weekly debriefs with Clinical Supervisor on each case Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification Maintain telephone contact and a reliable method to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls and emails within 24 hours. Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicle. Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, & sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. without assistance from another adult Responsibilities Implement treatment plans and behavior interventions designed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collect data during sessions to track progress Communicate effectively with your supervising BCBA and care team Maintain a consistent weekly schedule
Team Support:
You will be overseen by the Clinical Director - BCBA who provides ongoing coaching, feedback, session guidance, and training Play-based and skills-based learning Behavior reduction and replacement strategies Parent communication as needed
Technology:
