Job Description:
Create Outcomes is a group private practice seeking Adult Psychotherapists. This position is designed for a licensed or pre-licensed clinician who feels passionate about delivering trauma-informed care and has a willingness to integrate psychodynamic and attachment-based interventions into their current therapeutic approach. We value individuals who are engaged, reflective, and eager to learn.
Our Values:
Create Outcomes is an organization devoted to supporting our clients and staff in growing toward their highest potential. Our philosophy is founded on a belief that each individual we serve is unique, with their own culture and needs. Therefore, we take a holistic approach, offering guidance in many accessible forms. We are dedicated to translating empirical research into everyday tools and strategies that anyone can use. Create Outcomes offers an inclusive environment, where the diverse background of each person is valued. We are strongly committed to raising social consciousness and bridging the gaps within and between communities. We acknowledge and support the differences of our employees and clients while recognizing their unique contribution to the organization's culture. It is a core value of Create Outcomes that we incorporate diversity and inclusion initiatives into all the work that we do. We expect our team to have a willingness to develop skills and knowledge related to diversity and inclusion by reflecting on how our personal, political and professional values impact our work.
Our Role:
At Create Outcomes, you will be part of a team who are navigating the complex world of psychotherapy together. We have a strong focus on your professional growth and development. When you begin your position with us, you will create a Life-Work Map. This map will provide both a short-term and a long-term vision for your desired path as a clinician. Your supervisor/consultant will use your map during weekly individual sessions to ensure that you have the support that is necessary to reach your goals and help your clients reach theirs. Our clinical team brings a breadth of experience and expertise. In our monthly group case consultations, you will have the opportunity to utilize the support of our team. You will be trained in the
C.R.E.A.T.E
Outcomes Model which integrates psychodynamic principles and cognitive behavioral interventions. For example, your supervisor/consultant may ask you to examine your own bias and the client's unique development when making treatment goals. This model includes a collaborative treatment plan that we refer to as the Life Map. Our model provides an approach to assessing, engaging, and treating clients. You can learn more about the Create Outcomes model here (https://createoutcomes.com/For-Professionals). We have the structure and support in place when you are working with clients who are high risk or in crisis. Our education department offers continuing education credits for clinical trainings that are available to staff and to clinicians outside of the organization. Training costs are waived for those within Create Outcomes. Administrative and billing tasks are handled by our admin team who are here to support you to ensure you can maintain focus on your clinical work. Once you are full time, you are eligible to receive medical benefits and PTO.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for providing therapy for adults. We require that you attend weekly individual supervision/consultation and that you are motivated to learn. Our group consultations are held on Friday mornings (1-2x per month). We highly value clinicians who aspire to become supervisors and clinical directors at Create Outcomes. This position begins as a part-time role and will grow into a full-time position. We require that you have some evening hours available to accommodate client schedules.
