Job Description
Pre-Licensed Clinician (Hybrid) The Healing Well, LLC About Us The Healing Well is a growing, client-centered group practice rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and community impact. We serve children (6+), adolescents, adults, and families in a warm, holistic, and collaborative environment. We are deeply committed to developing strong clinicians. Our practice prioritizes mentorship, integrity in documentation, and meaningful therapeutic relationships, not just high volume. Role Overview The Pre-Licensed Clinician will provide individual and family therapy to adults, children (ages 6+), and adolescents under the supervision of our Clinical Director. This role is ideal for someone pursuing independent licensure and seeking strong clinical guidance while building a steady caseload. This is a hybrid position (in-person and telehealth). Responsibilities Provide 53-minute individual and/or family therapy sessions Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Complete progress notes within 24 hours Maintain a weekly client caseload (28 for Full-time and 10+ for Part-time) Participate in weekly clinical supervision Attend professional development and team meetings Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client outcomes Engage with parents/guardians to support child and adolescent clients Group Facilitation What We Provide Free individual clinical supervision toward licensure Administrative support and full billing management handled by the practice Marketing support to help build your caseload Structured onboarding and mentorship Collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Pursuing Professional licensure (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) Interest or experience working with children/adolescents and families welcomed Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to receive feedback Commitment to timely documentation and ethical practice Comfortable with hybrid work (in-person and telehealth) Strong organization and time management skills Who This Role Is For?
