Job Description

Now Hiring Pacific Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking new associate level therapists to join our team in the Seattle area! As a result of our continued growth, we are beginning the process of seeking outstanding associate level therapists to fill treatment needs by working hybrid for our clinic. In-person work hours are available at our Bellevue offices. We offer flexible schedules to promote a balanced life. Some evening or weekend hours are required. We are currently seeking passionate and highly skilled clinicians looking to advance their careers or seasoned professionals who want to offload the rigorous logistics of running an independent practice without losing independence, flexibility, and autonomy.
Desired Specialty Areas:
Couples therapy: Experience with Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques, Gottman Method, or CBT couples therapy or willingness to achieve these therapy skills is desirable. Couples therapists will provide relationship and marital therapy services to couples and families experiencing emotional distance, distress, and lack of connection. Our clinic specializes in sexual heath. Experience in betrayal trauma, sexuality and intimacy and compulsive sexual behavior is a plus.
Sex therapy:
Clinicians actively working towards certification as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist or strong interest in pursuing similar credentialing in this area are preferred. Sex therapist will provide services for intimacy, desire, and connection issues with individuals and couples. Will treat sexual dysfunction and other arousal disorders, as well as other presenting concerns related to healthy sexual functioning.
Individual therapy:
Skilled in ACT, CBT, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, are desirable. Providing a difference so you can make one.
