Job Description

Position:
Associate Therapist (1099 Independent Contractor) The Mind Body Firm is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Associate Therapist to join our growing private practice. We are committed to providing exceptional, culturally responsive mental health care while creating an environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive. As an Associate Therapist, you will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse populations while receiving support to build and maintain a successful caseload. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, collaboration, and professional growth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy. Complete documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing board requirements. Collaborate with referral sources and participate in team consultation as appropriate. Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Manage your schedule while maintaining consistent availability for clients. Qualifications Active clinical license or associate/provisional license eligible for practice in North Carolina. Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field. Professional liability insurance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centered care. What We Provide Caseload-building support and referrals. Credentialing with insurance panels. Pay:
$45.00 - $65.00 per hour
