Schedule & Flexibility This is a full-time hybrid W-2 position. Our clients continue to strongly prefer in-person therapy, and we believe face-to-face connection provides tremendous value for both clients and clinicians. At the same time, we recognize the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. We work collaboratively with our therapists to develop schedules that meet both client needs and therapist preferences whenever possible. Many clinicians enjoy a combination of in-office and remote work throughout the week.
