What We Offer $37-$42 per clinical hour , depending on experience and qualifications Paid individual and group supervision Opportunity to earn required clinical hours toward licensure Paid non-clinical hours, including required training and meetings Consistent client referrals to help build and maintain your caseload Comfortable, professionally furnished office space in Glendale Insurance credentialing support Full administrative support, including billing and scheduling CEU and professional certification stipend Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Your Role Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, and families Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans Participate in individual and group supervision and quarterly staff meetings Collaborate with supervisors and other clinicians when clinically appropriate Provide professional, compassionate, and client-centered care Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related clinical field Active AMFT, ASW, or APCC registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences Professional, dependable, team-oriented, and client-focused Availability for approximately 15-25 clinical hours per week Ability to provide in-person, face-to-face therapy at our Glendale office Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Armenian, Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or other language skills are especially valued This is not a fully remote position Why Join Anchor?
