Job Description
Who We Are Reconnect Marriage and Family Counseling (RMFC) focuses on providing quality mental health services to a diverse community of clients. As a culturally responsive private practice, we use comprehensive modalities that help individuals, couples and families to meet their goals in a secure environment. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans for couples and families. Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. Maintain a minimum of ten (10) direct service clients each week. Participate in weekly two-hour group supervision. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes by submitting notes to administration or supervision within 24 hours of each session. Advertise business to potential clients to visit our website where each Associate/Therapist will have a profile to be contacted directly. (Any outreach, while under supervision with RMFC, must be reviewed and approved by administrators). Qualifications
