Telehealth, in-office, or a combination of both Build your clinical experience with support and flexibility. Alevea Mental Health is seeking an Arizona-licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide individual therapy to a population primarily consisting of young adults and college students. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate clinician who enjoys helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD-related challenges, relationships, academic pressures, and life transitions. Newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. What We Offer $45 per completed client session. Your choice of setting:

Provide telehealth, see clients in our Tempe office, or combine both. Administrative support with scheduling, billing, and practice operations. A collaborative environment with access to a multidisciplinary mental health team. Your Role Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy. Complete initial assessments and develop treatment plans with clients. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation. Assess client progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate. Participate in clinical supervision and collaborate with other treating providers when appropriate. Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Active Arizona LAC or LMSW license in good standing. Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related qualifying field. Interest in working with young adults and college students. Strong communication, organizational, and therapeutic relationship skills. Ability to manage your schedule and complete documentation reliably.

Compensation Details This is a 1099 independent contractor position , with compensation of $45 per completed client session , rather than an hourly wage or salary. Earnings depend on the number of completed sessions. Clinical supervision and administrative support are included.
