We are a home and community based services provider. Therapy sessions will be conducted at indidivual homes or out within the community, and non-direct administrative work can be done from the comfort of your home office. This is a contract position paying$56.00-$64.00 per billable hour. • Behavior Consultants/Therapists will be providing behavior management services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities via Indiana home and community-based services.

Job Type:

Contract (Full-Time/Part-time) You choose your own hours and schedule, no minimum billing hours. You work as much or as little as you want.

Compensation:

$56.00-$64.00 per hour based on experience. ($56.00, 0 years experience...$64.00 8 + years of experience)

Setting:

Community and Home-Based Education:

A master's degree or higher in a social science/ human services field such as, Education, special education, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, school psychology, another applied health service area of psychology, applied behavioral analysis (ABA), social work, or counseling.

Brief Overview of Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize your schedule with clients.
• Complete functional behavior analyses
• Complete behavior support plans
• Complete quarterly reports tracking client goals . Attend at least 2 quarterly meetings per year/ per client
• Conduct behavior therapy sessions in home or community
• Train family, staff, and/or other team members who will be implementing the behavior support plans

Required Qualifications:

. Masters Degree in a social science or Human Services field

• CPR Certification
• Clean Criminal History
• Valid Driver's License . Negative TB Test
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from clients
• Reliable laptop to complete documentation remotely .

There are no benefits as you will be a 1099 contractor.
