We provide outpatient mental health and substance use services and truly care about creating supportive environment for both clients and staff. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and support treatment planning. Provide individual and group therapy. Maintain timely and accurate documentation. Collaborate with therapist, providers, and support staff. Support clients with referrals and community resources. Maintain compliance with OMH/OASAS and clinic standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling Fluency in English and either Spanish or Russian required Current NYS license or permit (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, MHC-LP) Experience in providing substance use and mental health services. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and mental health. Familiarity with

OASAS/ OMH

regulations and documentation requirements. Excellent clinical and assessment skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
