As a Child & Adolescent Therapist at our Plymouth office, you will work in a collaborative setting where both clinicians and clients can thrive. Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally responsive, strength-based assessments for children, adolescents, and families Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's needs Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and discharge planning Complete documentation, treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorizations in a timely manner Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, therapists, and administrative staff to provide integrated care Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Experience working with children and families Provisional or independent licensure, where applicable by state regulations Educational background that leads to professional licensure Passion for mental health and providing high-quality client care Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team What We Offer Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings options, and more Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Supervision, mentorship, and continuing education opportunities Opportunities for career advancement, leadership, and professional growth Administrative and clinical support designed to help therapists build sustainable caseloads and long-term careers Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training resources to support success in the role
Pay:
$42.50 - $47.50 per hour
