As a Mental Health Therapist on our Plymouth team, you will work in a collaborative outpatient setting designed to support both clinicians and clients. Experienced clinicians have the opportunity to practice autonomously while receiving strong administrative and clinical support, with pathways available for leadership and supervision responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally responsive, strength-based assessments for individuals and families. Provide outpatient individual, family, and/or group therapy tailored to each client's needs. Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support client stability and progress. Participate in case consultation, treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and discharge planning. Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, billing requirements, and insurance authorizations in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow clinicians to provide comprehensive care. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Eligibility for professional licensure within the applicable state preferred. Strong commitment to ethical, client-centered mental health care. Interest in continued professional development, supervision, and continuing education opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to effectively manage clinical and administrative responsibilities. Compensation for this role is based on licensure level, clinical experience, geographic market, specialty skills, and available incentive opportunities.
