Child & Adolescent Therapist Endless Blessings Clinical Services Anchorage, AK Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $100 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Master's degree Working with children Child & family counseling Social Work Full Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our growing private practice team providing therapy services to people of all ages, including children and teens ages 7-15 in a supportive office-based setting. This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with youth and families while utilizing trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents ages 7-15 Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions tailored to each client's needs Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, grief, and family stressors Collaborate with parents/caregivers and outside providers when appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with HIPAA and state licensing requirements Participate in consultation and team collaboration as needed Preferred Experience Experience or training in one or more of the following is preferred: EMDR Play Therapy CBT DBT-informed interventions Trauma-focused approaches Attachment-based therapy Mindfulness interventions Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field Active or associate-level Alaska licensure preferred Experience working with children and adolescents preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative team
