Employment Opportunities About Are you looking for the opportunity to be part of a group that offers support, connection, collegiality, provides extensive training and the opportunity for work/life balance? The PATH Center is hiring a full time therapist (25 - 30 clients per week). Therapists provide ongoing counseling services to individuals within your desired areas of specialty. Clinical supervision is available at no cost if needed. ​ We are looking for a full -time in person clinician, who enjoys working with children, teens and adults. ​ We are looking for: Client centered orientation to therapy - warm personality and a flair for acceptance and validation of clients' experiences Experience with and passion for working with people who have difficulties due to the existence of trauma in their lives Interest in EMDR, mindfulness, and other alternative therapies for mental health Interest in bringing your own passion to the work in specialty areas, client groups, approaches, etc. of your own choosing Training in EMDR, somatic therapies, family systems or other trauma therapies is a plus Interest in serving special populations is a plus but not required, for example, children and families or the LGBTQ community Interest in being part of a small, personable group practice with around 30 staff members.

Qualifications:
Licensed as a therapist in the state of OR LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CSWA and Professional Counselor Associate all considered No active investigations or complaints with your applicable licensing boards Ethically sound, with a clean background check Our practice provides, offices, an EHR system, regular opportunities for group support, peer consultation groups, and dedicated professionals with whom to collaborate. We also have an incredibly warm and experienced support staff who handle everything from scheduling appointments, to client intakes, credentialing to insurance authorizations, and collection of payments. We perform all of the essential, non-billable clinical and administrative functions that are needed to maintain a successful practice so that you can focus on your clinical work. Additional preferences we would like to see as well: Ability to competently work with diverse populations Established clinical specialties that fit with trauma work (EMDR, Somatic therapies, DBT, etc.).
