This position focuses on providing therapy services to children and adolescents while working collaboratively with parents and families to support emotional growth, behavioral improvement, and overall mental wellness. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about working with children, value collaboration, and are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive private practice environment. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents Conduct parent and family sessions as clinically appropriate Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with families, schools, psychiatrists, and other providers when needed Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate for children and families Support clients with concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, family stressors, and life transitions Qualifications Must hold one of the following New Jersey licenses:
LPC LAC LSW LCSW
Must be licensed and in good standing in the state of New Jersey Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and treatment teams Experience with CBT and play therapy techniques preferred What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Professional collaboration and supervision opportunities In-person and telehealth flexibility Training Flexible work from home options available.
