We have served children, adults, couples, and families across DC, Maryland, and Virginia for more than 15 years as a locally founded and operated group practice. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a therapist who is passionate about working with children and adolescents to a team of clinicians who care about their work and value a practice environment that reflects that. This Role Might Be a Fit If You are licensed in DC as an LGSW, LICSW, LCSW, LGPC, LPC, or LMFT You have experience or a strong interest in working with children and adolescents You want structure and support, but not micromanagement You value good supervision, clear communication, and ethical practice You are open to feedback and invested in your growth You want flexibility without feeling disconnected from a team The Work Provide outpatient individual therapy to children and adolescents, with the option to see some family sessions as needed Complete clinical documentation in a timely, compliant way Participate in supervision, consultation, or leadership meetings depending on your track Collaborate with leadership and, where appropriate, with parents, guardians, and schools when clinical support is needed Our Clinician Tracks Our practice is structured around clear tracks, based on licensure level and career goals. Graduate Clinician Track , for clinicians working toward independent licensure (LGSW, LGPC). Consistent clinical supervision Support with diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation Thoughtful caseload growth A space to build confidence and clinical judgment with young clients Independent Clinician Track , for fully licensed clinicians who want autonomy with support (LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Higher session rates Option to specialize further within child and adolescent work Opportunity to mentor graduate clinicians, if and when you want to Leadership and Supervision Track (Optional) , for clinicians interested in longer term involvement. Paid supervision and leadership time Participation in program and clinician development No pressure.
