Job Description
Purpose:
delivery of mental health services to individuals in need of counseling services. Provide in-home and/or in community individual and family therapy; Telehealth is also currently an option to provide therapy services if the client prefers.MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN GWINNETT COUNTY GA.
Compensation:
Based on experience and credentials (Master level or licensed). Please note that this is an independent contractor position. As such, compensation will be issued via Form 1099 rather than as W-2 wages.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Licensed Professional Therapist and/or S/T will perform individual and family therapy
- Licensed Professional Therapist and/or S/T will ensure documentation is inputted into Notenetic within 72 hours.
- Therapist will complete discharge summary on all assigned consumers
