- Flexible scheduling — 2-3 evenings and/or a weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Virtual and in-person (hybrid) — Maplewood, NJ
- W-2 employee — we handle billing and scheduling so you can focus on clients
- Supervision with a seasoned clinical supervisor — ideal if you're working toward licensure
- A genuine path from part-time to full-time as your caseload grows Who we're looking for:
- LMFT, LAMFT, or LCSW
- Couples / family / systemic training or experience (EFT or attachment-based a plus)
- Ready to build a caseload with us — not currently practicing at another group/practice
- Available for 2-3 evenings and one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) along with other hours The honest part:
- As an out-of-network practice, caseloads build gradually — slower at first, growing over the summer and into the fall.
Compensation:
