We are seeking passionate, creative, and dedicated Therapists—both Associate and Licensed—to join our vibrant boutique multi-disciplinary practice. Whether providing individual, group, or family therapy, you will utilize your expertise to empower clients across diverse age groups and backgrounds. Our documentation process is fully automated by AI, allowing clinicians to focus on their work, and allow scribing to be done automatically. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems. Deliver a wide range of evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and crisis management interventions. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions tailored to clients' unique needs, including children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, grief, addiction issues, gender concerns, and chronic pain management. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize telehealth platforms to extend access to mental health services remotely while ensuring confidentiality and quality care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, medical professionals, special educators, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Engage in clinical research and data collection efforts to improve therapeutic outcomes and contribute to ongoing practice development. Qualifications A valid license or certification in mental health counseling, social work, psychology or related fields; Associate or Licensed status preferred. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults or geriatrics in outpatient or inpatient settings; experience with hospital or clinic environments is a plus. Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, behavioral management techniques, psychopharmacology knowledge, ICD coding for diagnoses, CPT coding for procedures, and medical terminology. Strong skills in crisis intervention and crisis management strategies; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder highly desirable. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and medical records management; experience with telehealth technology is advantageous. Ability to handle sensitive situations involving trauma or PTSD care with empathy and professionalism. Excellent communication skills for intake assessments, patient education, case management activities and interdisciplinary collaboration.
