We are a DBT-focused practice that primarily provides comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with other evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT). We serve adults, teens, and families in a collaborative, supportive team environment. Our clinicians deliver high-quality care mainly in-person, with the option for some telehealth. This posting is geared toward experienced DBT clinicians. If you're relocating, we're happy to talk through timing.
Requirements:
Education :
Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field from an accredited program. DBT experience : Demonstrated experience delivering DBT in a clinical setting, including individual DBT and skills training groups. Formal DBT training expected; DBT-Linehan Board certification a plus. Clinical experience : Established history providing individual therapy, with demonstrated comfort working with high-risk, suicidal, self-harming, or substance-using clients.
Licensure :
Must hold (or be eligible for) full Colorado licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Position Details:
Full-time position with a flexible schedule. Primarily in-person, with the option for some telehealth appointments. We are not hiring for fully remote-only roles at this time.
What You'll Do:
Provide individual DBT and CBT-based therapy. Co-lead DBT skills training groups. Complete timely, high-quality, and well-organized clinical documentation. Actively participate in weekly team consultation and ongoing professional development. Collaborate closely with our supportive, team-oriented staff.

You are a strong fit if you: Are genuinely passionate about evidence-based treatment, especially DBT and CBT. Have formal DBT training and meaningful experience applying the full model. Hold a behavioral or cognitive-behavioral orientation. Thrive working with complex, high-risk clients while maintaining a strong work ethic. Compensation & Benefits:
