Job Summary Greenwich Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (GCAP), in collaboration with the Wilkins Center, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Eating Disorder Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This clinician will provide specialized psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults experiencing eating disorders and related concerns, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, ARFID, disordered eating, body-image concerns, anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring conditions. The ideal candidate brings experience or advanced training in eating-disorder treatment and is comfortable working collaboratively with psychiatrists, medical providers, dietitians, families, and other members of the treatment team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with eating disorders and related mental health concerns. Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches appropriate for eating-disorder treatment. Utilize modalities such as CBT/CBT-E, Family-Based Treatment (FBT), DBT, ACT, and other evidence-informed approaches based on training and patient needs. Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, medical providers, registered dietitians, and other clinicians to provide coordinated multidisciplinary care. Engage parents and families when clinically appropriate, particularly in the treatment of children and adolescents. Assess and respond appropriately to psychiatric and behavioral health concerns, including changes in clinical risk or level-of-care needs. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record. Participate in treatment planning, case consultation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Provide services in person and/or via telehealth, as clinically appropriate. Maintain professional, ethical, and HIPAA-compliant standards of care. Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Active Connecticut clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist, or equivalent) or eligibility for appropriate Connecticut licensure. Clinical experience treating eating disorders and/or significant specialized training in eating-disorder treatment strongly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based eating-disorder treatments such asCBT-E, FBT, DBT, or ACT is highly valued. Experience working with children and adolescents is particularly desirable. Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize when patients may require a higher level of care. Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary treatment team. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive, patient- and family-centered care. Compensation & Practice Support This position is compensated through a 70/30 fee split , with the clinician receiving 70% of collected fees for clinical services personally rendered . Clinicians benefit from an established clinical and administrative infrastructure, including practice referrals, billing and administrative support, electronic health record systems, and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration. $150.00 per hour
