We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience providing family-based interventions and couples therapy. Position Highlights Part-time W2 hybrid position Minimum of 10 clinical hours per week Combination of in-office and telehealth services Some evening and weekend availability required Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation: $50-$70 per clinical hour , based on experience and specialty training Ideal Experience We're especially interested in clinicians with experience providing: Family therapy Couples counseling Reunification therapy High-conflict family work Co-parenting support Parenting interventions Experience or training in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Gottman Method Couples Therapy Structural Family Therapy Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Strategic Family Therapy Bowen Family Systems Theory Other evidence-based family systems approaches Responsibilities Conduct family, couples, and individual therapy Develop treatment plans that address relational dynamics Coordinate care with outside providers, schools, attorneys, or child welfare agencies when appropriate Maintain timely documentation Participate in supervision and collaborative consultation Qualifications Active Pennsylvania LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license Strong understanding of family systems theory Experience managing complex family dynamics Excellent documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team StableMind Wellness is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment for both clients and clinicians.
