Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with the latest trends in mental health treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Life Bridge Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping individuals and families navigate their struggles and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Qualifications Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to establish trust and rapport with clients. Strong commitment to empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences. Capable of managing a caseload efficiently, demonstrating outstanding organizational and time management skills. Preferred Experience Experience in a clinical or community-based setting, particularly working with diverse populations. Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy platforms and technology for remote counseling. Background in treating substance use disorders and related mental health challenges is highly beneficial.
