This opportunity is designed especially for recent MSW graduates and newly licensed clinicians in DC, MD or VA who want meaningful therapy experience, quality clinical supervision, and the flexibility to build a caseload that fits their professional and personal lives. What YLO Offers Clinical supervision toward independent licensure at no cost Flexible caseload — start with a small supplemental caseload or build a more robust therapy schedule 100% telehealth practice Client referrals and marketing support Individual clinician profile and professional presence on the YLO website Support developing your clinical niche and areas of specialization Opportunities to strengthen psychotherapy, assessment, case conceptualization, and documentation skills Billing and administrative infrastructure Ongoing clinical consultation and professional development Professional liability insurance support — YLO will cover the cost of individual professional liability insurance once the clinician averages at least 20 completed, billable client sessions per month over three consecutive months, subject to practice requirements Opportunity to grow with an expanding behavioral health group practice Who We're Looking For We're especially interested in recent MSW graduates and newly licensed clinicians who are ready to grow as therapists. You may be a great fit if you are: Curious, dependable, and receptive to clinical supervision Interested in developing your therapeutic approach and clinical specialties Committed to thoughtful, practical, client-centered therapy Comfortable providing psychotherapy in a telehealth environment Motivated to build your clinical experience while working toward independent licensure Extensive post-graduate psychotherapy experience is not required. Graduate internships, field placements, and clinical training are valued. Applicants should have an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and hold, or be actively obtaining, the appropriate graduate-level social work license. We encourage recent graduates completing the licensure process to apply. Clinical services may begin only after applicable licensure and practice requirements are satisfied. Create a Caseload That Works for You This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering flexibility to develop your YLO caseload based on your availability and professional interests. You may begin with a small supplemental caseload while maintaining other employment or build toward a more substantial therapy schedule over time. Compensation differs from the traditional fixed hourly model commonly offered to newly licensed clinicians and will be discussed during the interview process.
