10-15 direct client sessions per week

Compensation:

$45

• 55 per clinical hour (DOE).

$25/hour for admin time. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and establish DSM-5 diagnoses. Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' strengths and goals. Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. Complete progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within required timelines. Coordinate care with providers and referral sources when appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in accordance with practice policies and payer requirements. Participate in supervision, team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development. Uphold the highest standards of clinical care, professionalism, and ethical practice.

Qualifications Required:

Active California BBS registration or license (AMFT, APCC, ASW, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC). Minimum of one year providing psychotherapy. Experience completing mental health assessments using DSM-5 diagnostic criteria. Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills. Demonstrated cultural humility and ability to work with diverse populations. Spanish bilingual (required). Excellent communication skills and commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred:

EMDR training or strong interest in trauma-informed care. Experience working with immigrant and underserved communities. Passion for continued learning and professional development.
