Job Description

Child & Adolescent Therapist (1099 Contractor) — Castle Rock, CO South Denver Therapy is a private, cash-pay practice in Castle Rock and a two-time "Best of the Best in Mental Health" winner (2024 & 2025). We're growing our team and looking for a skilled, compassionate child therapist to help us meet rising demand for quality care for kids and teens in our community. This is a contractor role with real room to grow. You'll start with a lighter caseload as we build referrals, and you can ramp up toward full-time as your schedule fills. What you'll do Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents Build trusting relationships with young clients and their families Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with our team when helpful for client care What we're looking for Active Colorado license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) - not taking pre-licensed candidates at this time Experience working with children and/or adolescents A warm, client-centered approach and strong clinical judgment Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently The details
Pay:
$105/hour Paid weekly 1099 independent contractor (this is not a W-2 employee position; no benefits or insurance provided)
Location:
Castle Rock, CO. Most work is in person. Remote sessions are possible when a client prefers and approves them.
Hours:
