Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups experiencing mental health challenges. If you are passionate about helping others and possess a strong background in therapy and counseling, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
  • Conduct individual, family, and couplestherapy sessions
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Provide crisis intervention and management when necessary
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation
  • Offer counseling for addiction, chronic pain, child-family issues, and other specialized areas
  • Implement applied behavior analysis techniques for clients with autism spectrum disorders
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • State licensure as a Clinical Therapist
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and interventions
  • Strong understanding of therapy techniques and principles
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines
  • Experience in crisis management and intervention
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and age groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Specialization in addiction counseling or chronic pain management
  • Experience in child-family counseling
