Job Description
Licensed Couples Therapist (1099 Contractor) — Castle Rock, CO South Denver Therapy is a private, cash-pay practice in Castle Rock and a two-time "Best of the Best in Mental Health" winner (2024 & 2025). We specialize in helping couples build stronger, healthier relationships, and we're growing our team to meet rising demand. We're looking for a licensed therapist who truly loves couples work and wants to make it a core part of their practice. This is a contractor role with real room to grow. You'll start with a lighter caseload as we build referrals, and you can ramp up toward full-time as your schedule fills. What you'll do Provide couples therapy using evidence-based approaches Help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection Build strong rapport with clients and keep them engaged in the work Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation What we're looking for Active Colorado license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) A genuine passion for working with couples Experience with couples and relationship work Evening and weekend availability (when many couples can actually meet) A warm, client-centered approach and strong clinical judgment The details
