Join us in helping people rediscover the strength already within them. About the Position We are currently hiring a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our outpatient team. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns within a compassionate, client-centered environment. This hybrid clinical role includes: Availability to provide 20-25 outpatient therapy sessions per week Availability to complete 8-10 paid consultations per week Consultations are structured 45-60 minute sessions designed to: Assess presenting concerns Provide diagnostic clarity Recommend the most appropriate level of care (Outpatient, IOP, PHP, or referral to another provider) Create a clear, compassionate next step for the individual Requirements Active clinical licensure (LMFT) Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $80,000 to $130,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) FSA $500 CE stipend Ongoing clinical, personal, and professional support Company laptop Financial wellness support (Fin Fit)
