Our outpatient office in Hagerstown is equipped with modern facilities for in-person sessions when necessary. We utilize advanced telemedicine technology to facilitate seamless virtual therapy sessions, ensuring you can work comfortably and efficiently while addressing the needs of your clients. Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing individual and couples therapy, addressing a wide range of issues such as marital conflicts, communication difficulties, and familial stress. Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote healing and understanding among family members. Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for clients. Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist clients in overcoming challenges related to grief, loss, job stress, and blended families. Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health issues. Specifically, you will assist clients dealing with: Alcohol abuse and addiction recovery. Physical and psychological abuse, including trauma recovery. Grief and loss, helping clients navigate the complexities of mourning. Divorce and separation adjustments, offering support during transitions. Communication challenges and conflicts among family members, fostering healthier relationships. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications: A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred: Prior experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with couples and families. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and related technologies. Experience addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, enhancing your ability to care for diverse client needs. Compensation and Benefits Supportive Living Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 75,000
to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
