The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic practices and demonstrate a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients. We are a specialized group practice that takes pride in hiring qualified providers who have a specific skillset and passion for their preferred niche of clientele. We are currently hiring for part-time (at least ten hours per week) and full-time positions. We offer in-person, hybrid or fully remote based on clinician's preference. 1099 Position with flexible scheduling and competitive pay (50-70% based on caseload) Responsibilities LEAP's administrative team and care coordination team takes care of credentialing, marketing, billing and referrals.

The LMFT is responsible for:

Maintaining and communicating a schedule Writing and completing session notes Writing and completing treatment plans Open communication with clients and LEAP team Qualifications Master's degree is required. Valid Connecticut state license as an LMFT is required. Experience in private or group practice is a plus.
