Full Job Description Duties:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients
• Perform crisis intervention and provide therapy to clients in need
• Utilize the ICD-10 diagnostic system to assess and diagnose mental health conditions
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients with similar needs
• Offer child and family counseling services to support overall well-being

Experience:

• Proficient in conducting individual, couples, family and group counseling sessions
• Strong crisis intervention skills
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and interventions for various mental health conditions
• Familiarity with the ICD-10 diagnostic system
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals with various mental health conditions. You will work closely with clients, offering support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their goals. In this role, you will conduct individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address clients' specific needs. You will provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting them in managing their mental health challenges. Crisis intervention skills are essential, as you will be responsible for providing immediate support during times of crisis. To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of therapy techniques and interventions for different mental health conditions. Familiarity with the ICD-10 diagnostic system is necessary for accurate assessment and diagnosis. Experience facilitating group therapy sessions is also important, as you will have the opportunity to lead therapeutic groups for clients with similar needs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or a related field
• Valid independent state licensure in Utah as a Mental Health Therapist (will consider provisionally licensed therapists who will be independently licensed within 90 days of hire)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
