Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Private Practice

•Guided Hope Counseling, LLC is seeking a LCPC or LCSW-C licensed therapists to see mental health clients at our Towson office/hybrid.

LGPC/LMSW

licenses may be considered if close to advanced licensure. Specializations in Trauma, Children & Adolescents, and/or Perinatal are a plus, as we are known for our expertise in these areas. •Who are we? We accept most major health insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. •We are hiring Full-Time W-2 status employees (21+ clients per week). Make your own schedule to include any mix of days or evenings and have full autonomy over your caseload! At least two days of in-person availability is required. We are a clinician/family owned and operated practice looking for the right clinicians to fit into our small, supportive group culture. We intend to remain a tight-knit group of clinicians eager to support one another and continue learning from one another, so that we can continue to pride ourselves on providing quality care to our clients. •We will provide a beautiful, furnished office space to see in-person clients, also with the ability to work from the office or home via telehealth for flexibility as-needed. Let us take care of your insurance credentialing and billing so you can focus on just your clients! We credential with most major health insurance companies to make mental health care accessible and to keep a steady flow of client referrals for you. Salary Range:

$65,000-$85,000 ($40-$100 per client session; exact amount depends on the service code and insurance billed, but average is $60 per client session). Full-Time employees are paid 60% per session (for fully licensed), and get paid biweekly for completed sessions regardless of insurance reimbursement status.
