We utilize evidence-based interventions and foster an environment of compassion and understanding, ensuring our clients feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey. Work Environment This position operates within a fully remote telehealth setting, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of some adjustments to meet the scheduling needs of our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Provide individual therapy, as well as group psychoeducation and support sessions, fostering a sense of community and connection among clients. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure holistic patient care and positive treatment outcomes. Provide crisis intervention as necessary, equipping clients with immediate support during mental health emergencies. Educate clients about mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. Ensure all documentation and records are maintained accurately and confidentially in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training to enhance your skills and incorporate the latest research into practice. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Understanding the distinct backgrounds and experiences of our clients enables us to offer tailored support and empathetic guidance, directly contributing to improved mental health outcomes. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas. In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, effective therapeutic interventions, and best practices in mental health care. Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and create effective, personalized treatment plans. Experienced in providing therapeutic services to individuals and groups, with a commitment to addressing diverse client needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a willingness to leverage technology in delivering care. A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a telehealth environment or outpatient psychiatric practice. Involvement in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and education. Proven success in crisis management and intervention strategies. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 80,000
to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
