Opportunity to grow your practice and your speciality. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients facing a range of life challenges. Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Participate in team meetings, consultations, or trainings as needed. Collaborate with Emerald Services leadership to build and sustain your caseload. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Active license (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or pre-licensed working toward full licensure). Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping clients grow and heal. Self-motivated and comfortable with a high degree of independence. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. Alignment with Emerald Services & Counseling's mission and values. Preferred (but not required) Experience in private practice or outpatient therapy setting. Niche or specialization (e.g., trauma, anxiety, LGBTQIA+, children/adolescents, etc.).
