Position Summary Join our team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. We are seeking a compassionate clinician who enjoys building trusting therapeutic relationships and providing evidence-based care through individual and/or couples counseling. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intakes and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and/or couples. Monitor client progress regularly and adapt treatment approaches as needed. Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of therapy sessions. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Follow all legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health practice. Qualifications Current independent licensure in New Hampshire (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) is preferred. Candidates who are license-eligible and working toward independent licensure are also encouraged to apply. Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and/or couples is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. Strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth.
