About Us:

Mental Health Systems has proudly served our community for over two decades, offering intensive outpatient group programming and trauma treatment to individuals who are often underserved. Our commitment to excellence is evident in the comprehensive services we provide. We offer a variety of DBT group programming options including those for early adolescents, adolescents, co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use), trauma, perinatal, psychosis, developmental impairments, LGBTQIA+, and healthcare providers. We offer provide both State-Certified DBT, as well as speciality intensive outpatient DBT.

Requirements:

Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field Independent licensure in MN (supervision will be provided) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

Your Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of impactful activities, including: Conducting intensive outpatient group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults Providing individual therapy and diagnostic assessments Participating in group coverage, weekly case consultation and trainings Receiving extensive training in trauma and implementing DBT Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest level of care for our clients Why Choose MHS?
