Hybrid Counseling is a Minnesota-based mental health and substance use treatment practice that has been providing telehealth services since 2014—long before virtual care became the norm. Our multidisciplinary team includes therapists, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs), psychiatric prescribers, and outpatient treatment professionals serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are currently seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing team. We maintain an active referral stream and waitlist, allowing new clinicians to build a caseload quickly while focusing on what matters most—providing exceptional client care. This position is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team environment. Position Overview Clinicians primarily provide individual psychotherapy through our secure telehealth platform. is preferred but not required LGSW or Clinical Trainee/Supervisee for the above licensure tracks LP Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is strongly preferred Experience in outpatient or private practice settings is preferred Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Commitment to ethical, person-centered care Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule Job Type Independent Contractor or Employee Full-Time or Part-Time Education Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
