Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT) Remote Telehealth Position | Flexible Schedule | Optional Hybrid Opportunities Join Our Team! Have you ever wanted to work as a therapist from anywhere, set your own schedule, and be well compensated for your clinical skills? Hybrid Counseling is a Minnesota-based mental health and substance use treatment practice that has been providing telehealth services since 2014—long before virtual care became the norm. Our multidisciplinary team includes therapists, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs), psychiatric prescribers, and outpatient treatment professionals serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are currently seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing team. We maintain an active referral stream and waitlist, allowing new clinicians to build a caseload quickly while focusing on what matters most—providing exceptional client care. This position is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team environment. Position Overview Clinicians primarily provide individual psychotherapy through our secure telehealth platform. Depending on credentials and interest, clinicians may also: Complete diagnostic assessments Treat individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Provide services within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or licensed 245G outpatient substance use treatment program Participate in optional in-person services at our St. Paul office, if desired What We Offer Fully remote telehealth position with optional hybrid opportunities Optional in-person office space in St. Paul Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities Strong administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and client onboarding No marketing or administrative burden Credentialing assistance provided at no cost Immediate referral stream and active waitlist Collaborative multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, therapy, and addiction treatment Compensation based on licensure, experience, and whether you bring an existing caseload Qualifications Active Minnesota license as one of the following:
