This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients throughout California. As part of our team, you will provide high-quality virtual therapy services to individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to set your own availability while committing to a minimum of 10 hours per week . Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy services through a secure telehealth platform. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and HIPAA requirements. Maintain professional licensure and comply with California practice regulations. Qualifications Must be fully licensed and authorized to practice independently in the state of California. Active California license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or equivalent independent California mental health license. Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient or telehealth setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology. Professional, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Schedule Part-time Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week Flexible scheduling—you choose your own working hours.
