Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring an understanding of unique backgrounds and needs. Provide individualized therapy to patients and their families, using evidence-based practices to address identified needs and therapeutic goals. Thoroughly complete patient documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, in a timely and organized manner. Collaborate with patients to develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, fostering their ability to maintain stable and healthy functioning. Create effective discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for patients as they complete their therapy. Adhere diligently to all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies and procedures. Continuously enhance professional competence and skills through ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities. Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and strategies for collective improvement in patient care. Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and mandatory training protocols.
