Job Description

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is Growing! Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking compassionate and motivated licensed clinicians to join our growing outpatient mental health team. We are looking for therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality care to children, adolescents, and adults in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a hybrid, part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role. Graduates are encouraged to apply! Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Overview Providers must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LCMFT) and will provide mental health services in our office, within local schools, and via telehealth. Hybrid Schedule Requirements To ensure consistent client access, therapists must be available to: Work in the office at least two (2) days per week from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM Provide telehealth services from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on designated evenings Maintain a minimum of 15 billable clinical hours per week Provide services to children, adolescents, and/or adults Therapists have flexibility in building their schedules around these required availability windows. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Active Maryland license in good standing (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LCMFT) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and general computer applications Reliable transportation for travel between office and community/school locations Strong organizational, time management, and independent work skills Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services in-office, in school, and/or via telehealth Meet weekly billable productivity expectations Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including: Psychosocial evaluations and reassessments Treatment plans Progress notes Discharge and transition summaries Billing documentation Develop and update treatment plans in accordance with clinical requirements Assess clients for additional services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, PRP services, and outside referrals as clinically appropriate Participate in individual and group supervision, clinical meetings, and professional development trainings Perform other duties as assigned Benefits & Perks Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discount programs through ADP Free clinical trainings and CEUs Board-approved supervision available for LGPCs and LMSWs seeking clinical licensure Additional Requirements Successful completion of state and federal background checks prior to employment About Innovative Therapeutic Services Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is an outpatient mental health clinic providing individual, family, and group therapy, psychiatric services, and psychiatric rehabilitation services for children, adolescents, and adults.
