Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic behavioral health team at Clear Your Mind Mental Heath Counseling Services, PLLC. In this role as a therapist, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help clients navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored treatment plans that promote mental well-being and resilience. We are proudly accepting Licensed Mental Heath Therapist or those who are finishing up their clinical's and is able to work under a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment pathways. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), etc. Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health episodes effectively and ensure patient safety. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and facilitate behavior change. Provide specialized counseling for issues including PTSD care, grief counseling, addiction counseling, gender issues counseling, chronic pain management, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical records and utilizing ICD coding for diagnoses. Collaborate with healthcare professionals on case management plans and participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance treatment outcomes. Engage in telehealth sessions to expand access to mental health services while adhering to best practices for virtual patient care. Support patients through intake assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and discharge procedures within outpatient or inpatient settings. Requirements Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or

LMHC, LMFT

in the relevant state or jurisdiction. Or in the process of completing studies to become one. Proven experience in clinical counseling across diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with disabilities, or those experiencing trauma or crisis situations. Strong knowledge of behavioral health interventions such as behavioral therapy, crisis management, behavior management techniques, related to mental health. Experience delivering services via telehealth platforms with a focus on patient engagement and confidentiality. Or be able to go to patients home, school or work place for a session. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards for medical documentation and records management.
