We believe exceptional client care begins with supporting the clinicians who provide it. Our practice is built on collaboration, integrity, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to the professional growth and well-being of our team. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. Role Description Provide individual psychotherapy to a caseload of approximately 20-25 clients per week, serving a diverse range of presenting concerns Develop and implement individualized treatment plans informed by client goals and evidence-based practices Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with professional and practice standards Collaborate with practice leadership and fellow clinicians to support continuity and quality of care Participate in regular clinical supervision (for LMSWs) and peer consultation to support ongoing professional growth Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment for clients from diverse backgrounds Practice within ethical, legal, and licensure scope standards What We Offer Competitive compensation: $50,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience, licensure, clinical responsibilities, and caseload. Monthly health insurance stipend Paid training and comprehensive onboarding/orientation Free individual supervision for LMSW associates working toward LCSW licensure Structured caseload ramp-up period with emphasis on sustainability and clinician well-being Flexible scheduling Coverage of select clinician-chosen training and professional development opportunities Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provided Warm, clinician-first culture where your voice, clinical judgment, and professional growth are genuinely valued Collaborative team environment with regular consultation and support What We're Looking For Active LMSW or LCSW licensure in the state of Texas, in good standing Strong clinical skills and commitment to ethical, client-centered care Ability to manage documentation and administrative responsibilities in a timely manner Collaborative, growth-oriented, and professional mindset Comfort with telehealth services or hybrid clinical work Familiarity with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness-based interventions, or related modalities Interest in integrating neuroscience-informed concepts into clinical practice is a plus Preferred (Not Required) Experience working with specific populations (e.g., trauma, anxiety, depression, adolescents, couples, neurodivergent individuals) Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Work Structure & Location Hybrid or fully remote options available for clinicians located in Texas with active Texas licensure Office space available in Lakeway for in-person or hybrid clinicians Flexible scheduling within practice hours, with attention to sustainable caseload management How to Apply Please submit the following to practice leadership at : Current resume or CV Brief cover letter describing your clinical interests and what you are looking for in a practice environment Two to three professional references (not contacted without permission) A brief 5-10 minute introduction video (YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive link) answering the following questions: Tell us about your clinical background and professional journey.
