We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. Role Description Provide individual psychotherapy to a caseload of approximately 20-25 clients per week, serving a diverse range of presenting concerns Develop and implement individualized treatment plans informed by client goals and evidence-based practices Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with professional and practice standards Collaborate with practice leadership and fellow clinicians to support continuity and quality of care Participate in regular clinical supervision (for LMSWs) and peer consultation to support ongoing professional growth Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment for clients from diverse backgrounds Practice within ethical, legal, and licensure scope standards What We Offer Competitive compensation: $50,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience, licensure, clinical responsibilities, and caseload.
