Position Summary OMNI Health Services is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist available full-time or part-time, with a preference for afternoon and evening hours. This role is ideal for a clinician who is open to working with children and adolescents, with the opportunity to also see adult clients. The therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy services while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary treatment team to support positive, client-centered outcomes. K ey Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5+), with the option to serve adults Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, schools, and other providers as needed Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when appropriate Maintain compliance with all ethical, clinical, and documentation requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field (required) Active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Minimum two years of psychotherapy experience preferred Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development and family systems Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work effectively within a team What We Offer Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, with evening availability Supportive, team-oriented clinical environment Opportunities for ongoing professional growth Meaningful, mission-driven work serving diverse communities Equal Opportunity Employer OMNI Health Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
