$55,000-$80,000 annually Blue Square Counseling & Wellness is a growing, whole-person mental health practice seeking licensed and pre-licensed clinicians to join our Lexington team. We are hiring therapists who enjoy working with kids, adolescents, families and/or couples and are looking for a supportive, long-term clinical home with steady referrals and strong administrative support. What We Offer Strong referral flow (most clinicians build full caseloads within 6-12 weeks) Hybrid work with required in-person hours in Lexington, MA W-2 employment with benefits Administrative support (scheduling, billing, credentialing) Supervision for pre-licensed and consultation for licensed clinicians PTO, sick time, and health insurance options CEU reimbursement and paid meetings/trainings
